• Photos and User Content: To enable the core functionality of the app and allow you to access your cartoonified creations later, the photos you choose to process are uploaded and securely stored in our database, hosted by Supabase.
  • Processing may occur both on your device and on our secure servers.
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your stored images.
  • **Crucially, we do not share your original photos or cartoonified images with any third parties.** You retain full ownership and control over your images.
• Anonymous Usage Data: To help us improve Cartoonify AI and fix bugs, we collect limited, anonymous, non-personally identifiable usage data. This may include:
  • Aggregated usage statistics (e.g., how often features are used).
  • App performance data and crash reports.
  • Device information (e.g., device model, OS version) solely for compatibility and optimization purposes.
  This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you. We do not use third-party analytics services for this purpose. This information helps us understand usage trends, diagnose technical problems, and enhance the app experience.

Data Retention and Deletion:

Your photos and any associated account information stored in Supabase are retained as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data, including your photos and cartoonified images, will be permanently deleted from our systems. Anonymous usage data may be retained indefinitely in its aggregated form.

Children's Privacy:

Our app is not directed towards children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and potentially through an in-app notification.

Terms of Service

By using the Cartoonify AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App.

User Content: You retain all rights to the photos you process with our App. However, you grant us permission to feature your cartoonified images (not the original photos) in our marketing materials if you share them publicly with our hashtag.

Disclaimer: The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
